Reproducible Whole Genome Amplification from Single Cells
PicoPlex™ WGA Applications:

- Accurate karyotyping, genotyping, and mutation detection
PicoPlex WGA is based on specialized reagents for optimal lysis of virtually any type of cell and special enzymes and oligonucleotides to make and amplify a library of short, overlapping amplimers. Although full representation of the genome is not achieved, 70 – 90% of the genome is highly represented in a very reproducible way.
