IP-Plex WGA for Sonicated DNA
Reproducible Whole Genome Amplification from Sonicated DNA
IP-Plex™ is a ligation-based WGA method that has built-in repair reactions to more efficiently amplify sonicated DNA. Applications include:
* Sensitive array and NGS mapping of DNA binding proteins and DNA methylation
IP-Plex uses a complex mixture of enzymes to repair sonicated fragments, ligates them to universal adaptors, and PCR amplifies the entire library with high fidelity and accuracy. Unlike GenomePlex, IP-Plex is effective in making libraries from DNA less than 400 b in size. IP-Plex is not recommended for less than 10 analyte copies because of reduced reproducibility.
