We offer pre-analytical and analytical DNA MethylPlex methylation services to pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic companies and research institutions.

MethylPlex is our proprietary method for enzymatically digesting unmethylated CpG islands and selectively amplifying just the methylated CpG islands for study of gene regulation and discovery of biomarkers. For NGS and array applications, CpG islands can be enriched in order to increase analytical specificity and sensitivity.
