WGA for Bisulfite-Converted DNA
Amplify very small DNA samples to study DNA methylation.
We pre-analytical services to pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic companies and research institutions to enable plasma and tissue samples to be amplified for conventional bisulfite-conversion detection of methylated CpG dinucleotides in human DNA.
BC-Plex is our proprietary method for amplifying bisulfite-converted DNA from plasma and sonicated DNA. Beginning with as little as 1 ng of template, we will make a bisulfite-converted library and amplify it 1,000 – 1,000,000 times giving you the ability to perform unlimited assays for different sites of methylation using Methylation Specific PCR, pyrosequencing, arrays, or NGS.
