Rubicon offers custom OmniPlex pre-analytical services on a fee-for-service or partnership basis.
Rubicon Genomics has provided OmniPlex contract services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, biobanks, academic institutes and researchers for over 8 years.
Our services give you access to our latest pre-analytical tools, with rapid work that adheres to our highest QA/QC standards. Rubicon scientists will work with you to develop project specifications and timelines. A final report accompanies every OmniPlex® service product.
OmniPlex Pre-Analytical Services include:
* PicoPlex NGS for preparing single cells for sequencing on Illumina GA or HiSeq
* MethylPlex WMA for profiling methylation of single cells, plasma and tissue
* PicoPlex WGA for single cells
* GenomePlex WGA and WTA for FFPE Sections
* PlasmaPlex WGA for plasma, serum, and urine
* ChIP-Plex WGA for sonicated DNA
Projects vary from 90 samples to 9,000 samples, and run the complete spectrum of biological specimens including formalin-fixed tissue, plasma/serum/urine, buccal swabs, CSF, and single cells and chromosomes.
