Using Rubicon products during diagnostic testing
Rubicon grants licenses and sells custom reagents for diagnostic testing of human, animal, and plant samples using standard or customized pre-analytical reagents.
PicoPlex kits are rapid, inexpensive, pre-analytical amplification kits used before testing:
- Polar bodies, blastomeres, amniocytes
- Flow-sorted and hand sorted single cancer cells
- Circulating tumor cells
GenomePlex kits are rapid, inexpensive, pre-analytical amplification kits used before testing:
- Formalin-fixed surgical and biopsy sections
- Buccal swabs
- Samples damaged by storage or USPS irradiation
- Animal, plant, microbial, and environmental samples
TransPlex C-WTA kits are rapid, inexpensive, pre-analytical amplification kits used before testing:
- Formalin-fixed surgical and biopsy sections
- Damaged archived tissues and RNA samples
- Samples damaged by storage or USPS irradiation
- Animal, plant, microbial, and environmental samples
PlasmaPlex kits are rapid, inexpensive, pre-analytical amplification kits used before testing:
- Plasma and serum
- Other sources for low molecular weight double-stranded DNA (e.g., urine, CSF)
- Sonicated, nebulized, hydrosheared, or restricted DNA
