Rubicon Genomics Adds New Member to its Board of Directors
Rubicon Genomics announced today that Timothy M. Mayleben has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Mayleben most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Esperion Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company acquired by Pfizer, Inc. in 2004.
“Tim brings a wealth of experience to our Board in finance, fund-raising and business development,” said Fred Beyerlein, President and CEO, Rubicon Genomics. “His deep understanding of company growth and development in our industry will add further depth to our Board.”
Mayleben will replace Richard Sloan, co-founder and financer of Rubicon. Mr. Sloan will transition to Board Observer status.
